WoodX Clients agree to this save harmless and copyright agreement. Researching, or studying or other use of this information signifies acceptance of these conditions.

WoodX may provide copyrighted material that in part is represented without original use copyright documentation, and not specifically authorized. Ultimate responsibility for verifying use rests with the client.

WoodX as your Agent, for you as a Private Individual, provides the service of Agent and Annalist only, and not underlying raw content provider.

Some data may reflect data of sources of, Government of Canada, Statistics Canada, Province of British Columbia, Private Individuals, Private or Public Companies. Such data may or may not be licensed and is an "as is" basis. Neither WoodX nor the source originator, make any guarantees, representations or warranties respecting such data, either express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including but not limited to, effectiveness, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

In addition, WoodX or other data source provider shall not be liable in respect of any claim, demand or action, irrespective of the nature of the cause of the claim, demand or action alleging any loss, injury or damages, direct or indirect, which may result from the use or possession of the data.

In addition WoodX Clients shall indemnify and save harmless WoodX or other data source originators , their officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand or action, irrespective of the nature of the cause of the claim, demand or action, alleging loss, costs, expenses, damages or injuries, arising out of the use or possession of the data accessed.

All rights reserved, material is proprietary and the subject of copyright protection and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed. All rights reserved, includes information solely authorized and distributed to a Individual or Agent there of for private use, or without specific permission from Canadian authorities, including private corporations. The use of this material is subject to the terms of agreements of the originating copyrights.
